 Our office is open on a LIMITED BASIS for DROP OFF APPOINTMENTS. 

YOU MUST SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT ONLINE and fill out the

2023 Organizer WORKSHEET (Pages 1 and 2) IN ADVANCE of arrival.   CLICK HERE

Documents Need to be placed in a SEALED ENVELOPE prior to your arrival.

 There are several DROP OFF alternatives:

1.  If you want to scan and upload your documents to a SECURE, FREE box.com account we can set one up for you.  If you already have one with us, load your documents to the Incoming Documents folder.  If you don’t have a scanner at home, feel free to take photos of your documents with your Smartphone and upload them to your Box.com account in the Incoming Documents folder. 

If you don't place your documents in the Incoming Documents folder, we cannot see them due to Box.com security

 

2.  If you would like to mail your documents DIRECTLY to us, TEXT the word MAIL to 913 320-1138. 

You’ll see our PRIVATE address, not posted online.

 

3.  Take your documents to a UPS Store, Fed Ex Office, Office Max, Staples near your home and have all documents scanned and e-mailed to us @ taxsaversLLC@gmail.com.  (Call them first to verify hours of operation.) 

72 Hour completion time for files with all data (Send as ONE attachment) and FREE Audit Protect (To offset any service fees the local store may charge.)  Most locations have hours available Monday-Saturday.  This option extends our service availabilites in the event of virus limitations potentially imposed by our office landlord during the tax season. 

 

4.  If you just have a couple of W2's, you can FAX them to 913 649-6817....Nothing over 8 pages please, as the quality of 

fax transmissions is not generally good because sending fax equipment is aging and rarely upgraded...

making documents harder to read.
