Introducing TaxSavers TeleTax
Our exclusive TeleTax Service is available to our nationwide clients and
NOW INCLUDES our local Kansas City market area.
About 50% of our customers are national, not local.
The TaxSavers TeleTax program allows Home Based service for clients who, due to travel distance, weather, childcare or health related issues, are unable to visit our office locally for an appointment.
If you have recently suffered from the flu, any virus, or any other illness PLEASE use this service to limit the exposure of our staff and our clients to infections.
In 2013, we will add secure Video teleconferencing for those with video equipment, and secure WEB BASED TELETAX APPOINTMENTS on your COMPUTER, TABLET, OR SMARTPHONE to our TeleTax service for those with high speed internet access, anywhere in the world.
Real Time Full Length Appointments for TeleTax users
Please upload ALL your tax documents at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled TeleTax appointment.
Here's How It Works:
Easy as 1-2-3
1. Schedule a Real Time appointment AT LEAST 72 Hours IN ADVANCE of todays date, using our online scheduler found at the "Make Appointment Online Button" at this site. Choose the service TeleTax 60 Minute Appointment OR a 15 Minute Real Time Drop Off (also considered the same as a TeleTax Drop Off Appointment for national clients) in the Service menu of our online scheduler. It will allow time for your TeleTax appointment. We are in the Central time zone. Our online scheduler is based on Central time.
If you cannot find a convenient TeleTax appointment available in our scheduler, do not panic...we can still assist you. You may use our No Appointment Needed TeleTax Option! After you have completed all steps listed on this page (except Step 1 scheduling an appointment...you don't need to do so) and submitted your documents to us electronically (via fax, secure private portal or e-mail)

You may set up your own username and password known only to you.
This functionality is available for EVERY TAXSAVERS CLIENT
If you have already set up a portal account last year, you may access it, you do not need to set up a new account
Stack your paperwork, verify that you have included all necessary tax documents based upon the information you have and include a VALID Consent form..

(If you are a returning client and want us to upload a tax organizer with last years data for verification, send a message via your secure message board function within your portal. We'll then upload your data from last year to your Shared Documents folder of your private portal account.
Clients requesting an organizer file from last year need to have an existing appointment in this years schedule or have established a portal account with our office.
Log in to your new secure client portal account and upload / add documents to the Shared Documents folder. Scan your documents to us at 300 DPI for maximum efficiency with our new TaxSaverScan system.
Failure to do so, can result in production delays.
If you don't have a scanner, fax them to our national secure fax number shown below in red letters and we will move them to your secure private portal location.
3. If you have an appointment, We will call you to complete the tax return with you on the phone at the number you provided in our scheduler.
Please make sure you can answer your phone at your specified appointment time.
If using the no appointment option, be sure to leave a phone number where we can contact you to go over the results when your tax return is finished.
You will not be charged until the completion of your TeleTax Appointment.
Your portal is completely secure and only you, the client and TaxSavers staff can see the contents of your Private Area.
In this area you can upload tax documents to us.
Download Prior Year tax returns you have requested.
See your tax organizer file
View and Authorize any disclosures including Payment, and
Send private and secure messages to us regarding your tax return file

Instantly, upon completion, we will upload completed copies of your tax return to your secure portal account in PDF format, with our approved digital signatures attached, for your records. Where possible, we will electronicallly file all of the tax documents for you after you have signed the associated Form 8879 and any state forms which you will find in the Shared Documents folder of your secure portal once the tax return is completed.
To use this service, ALL WRITTEN tax documents used to prepare your tax return MUST ARRIVE to us at LEAST 72 hours in advance of your appointment (or desired completion date).
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Acceptable methods of written tax data delivery for this service include mail, fax, overnight mail, or scan and upload to your new secure portal account created in Step 2.
